Yes, we do allow exchanges, only for a different color or size of the same item. Please follow the procedure of returning an item and mention that you would like to receive another size/color of that item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after the receipt and inspection of your return.

We use only the finest materials, such as silk twill, chosen for their durability and exceptional comfort. Detailed information about the fabrics and buttons is provided in each item’s description.

The Archives contain items from our past collections offered at a discounted price. Production is limited, so it is your last chance to acquire them !

To preserve the quality and longevity of your La Prestic Ouiston items, it is important to follow some care tips : silk is a delicate fabric and should be dry cleaned. Always check the label on each item for specific instructions. If ironing is necessary, use a low temparature and iron on the reverse side of the fabric. For optimal cleaning, we strongly recommend entrusting your item to a specialist.

We are committed to using high quality materials such as silk twill and maintaining ethical production practices. All our Ready-To-Wear items are produced in Europe. Some of our accessories are crafted in Morroco by workshops that adhere to fair, ethical and equitable practices for their employees. We prioritize natural and organic fibers, and we collaborate with suppliers who meet stringent environmental standards.

We embrace eco-friendly production practices for our silk and minimize our textile waste. Additionally, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint by optimizing our logistics processes and working exclusively with European manufacturing partners. Furthermore, our fabrics scraps are repurposed into patchworks or handcrafted silk details by our Moroccan workshops.

All our Ready-To-Wear is made in Europe, notably in Poland, Bulgaria, Italy and Portugal, by manufacturers who respect their employees by strictly adhering to labor laws. The textile prints are made in Italy and certified by our suppliers, who are committed to using eco-friendly inks.

At the same time, our Moroccan workshop, which produces lifestyle items and leather goods, showcases traditional and ethical craftsmanship. We are dedicated to maintaining respectful working conditions and providing fair wages all while upholding our values of sustainability and respect.

Yes, when purchasing your gift card online you will receive a unique code to use when ordering online. There are no additional processing fees and the card remains valid for an entire year.

If you wish to include a personal message, please write it in the “message” section at checkout.
